I stayed in this hotel for 2 days recently. Located next to Nexus mall and 45 minutes away from airport, I shall term my stay as cosy, enjoyable and travel friendly. Starting with the reception area, they were really friendly and worked fast enough to ready our room. Our room was on the 5th floor. Our room had DLF avenue view and lot of Saketh area views. Service was too good, staff were very courteous and food was good. Breakfast was offered complimentary. Unique things about this hotel is if you are expecting a cosy atmosphere travellers this place is for you. If you want to see a decorative subtle beauty added giving you a homely atmosphere this hotel is for you. My stay was homely and warm. Being in the right place this hotel was accessible to every part of south delhi. I would term my stay as- unforgettable cosy homely stay in Delhi.
In my opinion if you are looking for a good hotel that is not a Taj or an ITC in Delhi then without a doubt the Hilton at Saket is your best choice. In fact it is now my 2nd favourite hotel in Delhi. It’s perfectly located inside the DLF Mall in Saket and sits cheek by jowl with the City Select Skywalk mall - probably the most successful mall with the highest foot traffic in Delhi. The hotel per se is really basic right from the interiors to the rooms. But then I believe it’s intended to be a business hotel and not a luxury hotel. And that it serves perfectly. The rooms are large, complete with an electric kettle, safety deposit locker, an ironing board - exactly what a business traveller needs. The one thing they ought to do is put a moisturiser in the room - it’s badly needed and I had to ask for one. Check-in and check-out was a breeze - done in minutes. The front desk team is friendly, helpful and just nice. Special note of appreciation for Sakshi Gosain - the front desk manager. Breakfast is served at the India Grill restaurant in the 2nd floor. This is the only restaurant inside the hotel. The bar is located inside the India Grill restaurant. All I had was breakfast so really can’t comment on the food but the in-room dining has a nice selection if you are too lazy to step out to your room. But really the best thing about the hotel is its amazing location that makes up for everything - plenty of restaurants around. You can literally walk into the hotel at the 2nd floor which opens into the DLF mall - super convenient. If you are looking for a hotel with the perfect location in Delhi, I honestly struggle to think of another one. My go to hotel in Delhi every time. Just a small suggestion - there should be a telephone next to the bedside so you can connect with hotel services or in-room dining from the comfort of your bed after a long day at work. I should not have to force myself out of my bed just to answer a call from the front desk, that’s exactly the point of lazing in your bed at a hotel. I do hope you pay heed. It could also be a lifesaver - if you think of it. Thank you for a pleasant stay….
We enjoyed staying in Hilton Garden Inn Delhi during our recent visit to Delhi. We came here after our stay at Hyatt Regency, Delhi and loved the location of this hotel as we could anytime walk into the mall. The breakfast spread was good. Staffs were decent and welcoming. Thanky you for your hospitality.
What a wonderful experience I had at this property. The entire team was very welcoming and gracious. The hotel is very nice and they take extra security measures to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay.
