Had an amazing day at Club Platinum Resort, Bahadurgarh. The place delivers on both adventure and relaxation with a huge adventure park and a water park that kept the kids entertained from start to finish. We literally had to pull them away at closing time. The food was genuinely delicious, which is rare for resort buffets. Everything was fresh and well prepared. What made the experience stand out was the hospitality. Owner Mr. Udit Chaddha was an incredibly gracious host and made sure everyone felt welcome. Perfect for a family outing if you have kids. We’ll be back.
We were staying in the last room on the ground floor of the newly built property when we had a frightening experience. Around 3:00 a.m., a utensil suddenly fell onto the floor in our room. What made the incident even more unsettling was that there were no open windows and the fan was switched off. It was a truly scary experience for us.
Overall ok. The rooms should be maintained in a cleaner and more organized manner to enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, the swimming pool area needs better safety measures. The water depth should be clearly marked at multiple points, as the pool has sudden changes in depth, which can be unsafe for guests.
Had a wonderful stay at Club Platinum Resort with my family. The service and hospitality were excellent. The rooms were very clean, and the food was delicious. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.
