Hotel Ramhan Palace has a few positives, but there's definitely room for improvement. The staff and receptionists were courteous and helpful, the food was good, and the location is convenient, especially if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport. Unfortunately, the rooms were disappointing. The room wasn't very clean, the wash basin was broken, and no hand towel was provided. The bathroom was very compact, and after taking a shower, water spread all over the bathroom floor, making it inconvenient to use. The ceiling was unusually low, to the point where the fan could easily hit your hand. The biggest issue was the AC unit installed directly above the bed, blowing cold air straight onto my face throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it's a decent option for a short stay near the airport for transit because of its location and friendly staff, but the rooms need much better maintenance and thoughtful design improvements.
The hotel is appropriate for people who have to catch an early morning flight or have to stay near to the airport. The ambience is good plus they were generous enough to give me a room upgrade. The restaurant too offers a good choice of foods. Moreover, just outside the hotel there are all shops which you would be looking to buy any important stuff for your travel. Such as I was looking for a universal charger which I found just nearby.
Our favourite place to stay the first and last night if the trip everytime we're in Delhi. Super friendly staff, helpful and they do speak english as well. 201 is our favourite room and we always request the same. It has fun traffic view of the highway., And no it's not noisy the windows are great. Showers are super spacious, aircon works like a gem & the best part they've got incredible in house indian restaurant which does great chilli chicken & butter chicken with garlic cheese naan 🔥 We've seen the same staff around the hotel for nearly 5 years (over 3 trips of ours) They've also got airport pick up and drop facility along with daily driver options at reasonable prices. Kudos to the crew!
This hotel is amazing , very close to the airport with onsite parking available. Extremely friendly, helpful staff. My room was comfortable and clean with good a/c and fans provided. The in house restaurant had good quality food, catering to all tastes, including the non-spicy variety. Breakfast provided had a large selection and good quality. I would highly recommend Hotel Rahman Palace to fellow travellers who are looking for a good comfy bed and convenient location with helpful, friendly staff. I would definitely return.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The overall experience was smooth, and the hospitality was truly commendable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. A special thanks to Miss Chandni from the Front Office for her excellent coordination and support throughout our stay. Her professionalism and prompt assistance made the experience even better. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
