If the cleanliness of the room doesn't matter to you, then this place is fine. The water in the bathroom had a foul odor, and the room itself smelled bad the moment I entered. The door didn't lock properly; even when locked, there was a gap that allowed someone outside to easily see inside. Also, when I arrived after pre-booking through FabHotels and tried to pay the remaining balance via credit card, the owner insisted on charging an extra ₹30, claiming he had to cover that cost himself because FabHotels deducts a significant amount from his earnings. This was my first time booking a hotel through FabHotels, and the experience was terrible.
The staff at NP International are quite good. They help whenever they can are right on time with requests and make your stay comfortable. They are well mannered and do everything in their control to make your stay pleasant. The location is not quite comfortable though.
