I recently stayed at Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity, New Delhi, and I would like to sincerely appreciate Deepak Kumar from the Housekeeping team for his excellent service. Deepak serviced my room every day and maintained a very high standard of cleanliness. He was always polite, respectful, and attentive to even the smallest details. I was especially impressed by how he neatly arranged my clothes, shoes, and other belongings, making sure everything was well organized. His professional and caring attitude made my stay much more comfortable and pleasant. Thank you, Deepak Kumar, for taking such good care of my room and making my stay a wonderful experience. My experience here was truly wonderful. The staff is extremely kind, polite, and helpful, especially Sui Safe Dhoom, who is a very warm and caring person. The food quality is absolutely amazing, with great taste and excellent presentation. The overall service, hospitality, and positive atmosphere made my stay even more memorable. We had an outstanding dining experience with Chef Dhoom at Pride cafe who took incredible care of us from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor. He went out of his way to make fresh handmade pasta from scratch, which turned out to be an unforgettable highlight of the meal. In addition to his exceptional cooking, he is remarkably soft-spoken, polite, and brings a wonderful positive energy to the room. He even came over personally to ask for our feedback to ensure everything was perfect, and we recommend him highly

We had an overall very good stay at Pride Plaza Hotel Aerocity. The food was excellent, with a good variety of options and consistently great quality throughout our visit. A special mention to Ms. Anamika Tiwari Kumar at the front desk, who was exceptionally courteous, professional, and accommodating. She was always pleasant to interact with, handled our requests with patience, and ensured that everything was taken care of. Her empathetic approach and commitment to guest satisfaction made a positive difference to our stay. One area that requires improvement is the process of handling room change requests. There was a noticeable delay in making the necessary arrangements, which caused some inconvenience and frustration. We hope the hotel will address this aspect to enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to consider staying here again.
