Booked room with kids on 3rd floor in may end month. Breakfast was good dinner was promised buffet but not given. It took 3 hrs to cool the room as Ac was not able to cop up extreme summer.
My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, hygienic, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist. The food quality was good, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I appreciate the excellent hospitality and look forward to staying here again.
The location is good for the airport. The room size is big enough. The hotel lacks proper maintenance. Looks very dull. The linens provided were not very clean. The bathroom was stinking, even though I complained about it the staff assured me that he would send someone to look into it, but nobody turned up. The bathroom was very basic. I wonder why MMT is showing this hotel as a four star. It basically is a two star hotel. I booked a deluxe premium room, but there was nothing premium about it. There is no bedside lamp. There is no two-way switch next to the bed. The AC was not cooling adequately. The staff will give you an uncomfortable stare when you enter the hotel premise. Overall I am disappointed with the stay. I wouldn't recommend it.
I booked online for one night. At check in I was told to pay more. I had no choice at that time. Why did the hotel accept the booking of the price was not acceptable to them. After that I was given a room fast from lift with stairs. There was no partition between shower and rest of bathroom. Towels were smelling bad.
Hotel Lohmod hosted my engagement ceremony and it has been a really great experience.Starting from the stay, the service the banquet and the food all was top notch. The staff behavior and their helpfulness has been really great. A must recommended stay for any purpose.
