We had an excellent stay at Sheraton New Delhi, Saket, over the past weekend. Everything—from the smooth check-in and comfortable stay to the attentive service and outstanding food—was handled wonderfully. A special appreciation for Rudraksha from the Front Desk team, who made our booking and arrival experience seamless, and Gurpreet Kaur from the Food & Beverage team, who took exceptional care of our room-service orders. Her warmth, attentiveness and professionalism were truly impressive. I would also like to acknowledge Rashpal Padam, who looked after our reservations during our earlier visits and was instrumental in getting us hooked on to Sheraton New Delhi. Although he has now moved to ITC Grand Central in Mumbai, his personal attention laid the foundation for our continued relationship with the hotel. A special mention to Mr. Arup Kumar Das, Food & Beverage Manager, for maintaining such high standards across the room-service menu, presentation and food quality. The food continues to be one of the biggest highlights of Sheraton New Delhi. Finally, compliments to Mr. Amit Kumar, General Manager of Sheraton New Delhi and Area Manager for Welcomhotels–North, for building and leading such a warm, professional and service-oriented team. Great check-in, excellent service, outstanding food and an overall wonderful experience. We look forward to our next stay.
Checked in on 12-July-2026.. My experience at Sheraton Saket was elevated by the truly exceptional hospitality of Yuvank and Adarsh at the reception. From the very first interaction, they displayed an impressive blend of warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness that defines world-class hospitality. Their ability to anticipate a guest’s needs, handle every request with effortless grace, and always make you feel genuinely valued is truly commendable. What stood out most was the personal touch they brought to every interaction—never merely transactional, but sincere, thoughtful, and remarkably welcoming. Yuvank and Adarsh are outstanding ambassadors of the Sheraton brand and a true credit to the hotel. It is individuals like them who transform a hotel stay into a memorable hospitality experience. Had a great stay at Sheraton New Delhi Hotel as a solo traveler. The staff were warm and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Great food, excellent service, and a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!
Recently visit to Delhi pavilion had a excellent experience over there. The staff are so polite and helpful, specially Miss Kusum and drisha and really wanna appreciate them for offering me a purse hook to hang my purse on table thank u for everything. After when i am exiting reception staff was so welcoming. Overall great experience ☺️
