A very good overnight stay with my wife. Dinner buffet was good with lsrge spread though choice for dessert was very routine. The same was true for the breakfast spread which was really good with lot of items to choose from and a good live counter. However same couldn't be said about the dessert as we Indians love hot sweets after a good breakfast. But I must appreciate chefs who prepared hot jalebi at such a short notice at my request which were very crispy, but juicy from inside and delicious. Great thing was that it was not only served to us but also to the all other tables. A great gesture by the hotel staff in providing customer delight. Hot water was the issue in the room bathroom so a star has been deducted for it.
Great place to stay. Very convenient and comfortable. Satya did an amazing job cleaning our room and the room service and laundry service was very convenient. Sheetal and Astha helped with our check out and they were very kind! The pickup/drop off was also great! Would definitely recommend.
I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Mahipalpur (near Delhi Airport) and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. A special thanks to Shivani and Suraj for their exceptional hospitality. They were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm and welcoming attitude really made our stay extra comfortable and memorable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The ambience of the hotel is elegant, and the overall service standards are impressive. The food was delicious, and the staff ensured that every small detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi, especially if you’re looking for comfort and top-notch service near the airport. Looking forward to staying here again!
I have always enjoyed coming to this hotel and this recent trip was no different. The hotel is luxurious, clean, has amazing amenities and food. But the best part is the true Indian hospitality that I feel from the moment I step in through the gates. Every staff member is courteous, polite, and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the guests have a memorable stay. Shreen and shivangi was so helpful
It is a fantastic stay always. Their R - The Spa, therapist Madam Anju Sharma and Sir Ramesh Sharma have been absolutely Fantastic. Madam Anju Is One of the Finest Therapist and Pain Management Expert I have come accross. Pls keep it up. All the best. God Bless
