**Excellent Clinical Care, but Administrative Delays Need Improvement** The medical and therapeutic care at this centre is top-notch. The doctors, physical therapists, and nurses are highly skilled, patient, and attentive. The daily therapy schedules are well-structured, and the actual rehabilitation programs yield great results. However, the administrative side could use some improvement. We experienced long wait times during the initial admission process, and coordination with health insurance documentation was slower than expected. If they streamline their billing and communication desk, it would be a flawless five-star experience. The clinical team, however, deserves full credit for their excellent work.
One of the best rehabs I've seen Clean facilities, 24x7 monitoring, experienced counsellors and structured recovery programs too. Yahan patient ki dignity aur privacy ka pura dhyan rakha jata hai. A very reliable place for the recovery .
