I had booked this property for 5days, and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The property itself, the staff, from entrance to the reception, to the room and the restaurant was too good! We were a family of 3 and we stayed in the family suite and it was like home away from home. So spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding! It did not feel like 4stars but a 5Star rating breakfast . The location is perfect mid for everything, and metro is 5 steps away. Just that it on the main road so the noise would disturb during the day. The staff would always smile and greet you and make you feel at home. I would like to thank all the below Staffs who made our stay feel like home. Team Lunch A Truly Wonderful Experience !!!! The Meriton Delhi !!! The hospitality, professionalism, and warmth of the entire team were truly impressive. A special thank you to Khushboo, Charu, Mersey, Sagar, Meenu, Purnima (the entire F&B Staff), who went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and memorable. Their attentiveness, polite nature, and willingness to help made a real difference. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in providing such excellent service. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, we felt genuinely welcomed and valued. Iwould definitely recommend The Meriton Delhi to others looking for good food and service.
It was a very pleasant stay. A Perfect defination of cleanliness given by hotel. 100 % giving the feel not less then a 5 star property. There Bathroom shower was one of the best stress buster shower 🤗. The hotel is located in a great central location. Now comes to the food , breakfast buffet was just Ultimate Spread with so much almost all the varieties which you almost demand in the morning... . All of the staff were very friendly and helpful ,and moreover they were trained so nicely how to be curtious to the customer.... and everything was very efficient. Incredible value for money. Situated just a 5-minute walk from the city center, it made getting to all my meetings and local restaurants incredibly easy. Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, Highly recommended for business travelers.
Had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is strategic in that it offers nearby dining places and market. Metro station is just adjacent to it. The staff are professional and courteous especially Mr Danishwar and Mr Ajay at the front desk. The Breakfast buffet is nothing short of amazing with Live restaurant to ensure you are attended to well ,the staff takes extra efforts for your services.Room services are good too. Overall an excellent satisfying stay especially with the complimentary upgrade to Presidential Suite.
My experience at the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, neat, and very comfortable. The hotel staff was attentive and delivered everything on time. I would especially like to appreciate birender for his outstanding service, surbhi for friendly attitude and dhaneswar. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a memorable hospitality experience.
