Stayed here for more than 12 days continuously, and it was a wonderful experience throughout. The breakfast was excellent, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff members were humble, courteous, and always ready to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend this place to others. A special mention to Tinku from the Housekeeping team. I had several pleasant conversations with him during my stay, and his humble nature and professionalism made a lasting impression.
These are those days In time when you want your never system to perform better even in distress conditions. I was switching 'zone connect'and 'hyatt regency'for over a month just to find my best mental fit. Let me tell you how zone connect proved to win over hyatt regency 1) the location is unbeatable , u directly fall in saket select city walk when depressed :) 2) the sun block- i am a bit insomniac and a sun block curtain is my utmost priority. I give them 10/10 on this. I could sleep better in that hotel. 3) the room service is super quick and the staff is polite.They provide free baby food and fruit cuts and also deliver the blinkit to your room ( that no other hotel will do) 4) breakfast spread is decent and palatable. And also a chance to see/ meet / greet / interact with people round the globe. U will find a lot of foreigners in house. 5) they are courteous, allow late checkouts early check-in etc without asking. Not fussy 6) lastly I would like to thank their manager Bhuvan ji for his great managerial skills and efforts that he takes to make every guest feel at home. However, 1) there are no hand showers in the washroom- girls with long hair may find it difficult to wet their heads everyday. 2)Smart TV is not there - no netflix ,no prime 3)Also there is no physical food menu in the room. If u r hungry u need to find their codes and do extra efforts to reach their difficult digital menu , I preferred doing zomato. All in all the hotel did the right amount of hospitality .I am impressed with them . Thankyou. Hope you all find it helpful.
Rukshar assisted promptly with every request, ensuring we had exactly what we needed and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Rekha’s professional care, especially in the restaurant stood out for its hospitality and efficiency. Both staff members demonstrated excellent behavior, going above and beyond to address needs quickly and courteously. Their friendly nature and dedication elevated the entire hotel stay, earning them top praise from guests.
In regards to the restaurant and cafe at Level 2 a must to visit.. Iam very impresssed with the tremendous service given Satya, rukshar, jyoti and Nandani here today. Food and all was amazing.. cleanliness/neatness in dressin dressing and display of meals was 👌. Highly Recommend this place for this restaurant and definitely meet these nice hardworking staffs. Front lobby (desk) Mr Aman was great with his kind gestures, as well in welcoming us late night (after a long flight). Highly recommend this place.. best wishes 🥳 🎉
