I stayed here for more than a week. My entire experience at this hotel from check in, to housekeeping, to breakfast was outstanding. I have to especially commend the breakfast staff and chefs. Very well managed. The chefs Saurabh and Rajendra especially come to the table each day and make sure guests are happy and ask if they can make something special for you. Each day they have gone out of their way to create a special pudding or desert for us to try, without us asking for it. Saurabh created such exquisite food, and he made so much effort to make us feel taken care of and pampered. We very much appreciate all the staff’s efforts in the hotel and will definitely be back again when we visit Delhi.
I am staying here with my family for 11 nights. Today is day 6. This hotel is outstanding. I have travelled to many countries and many hotels, including 5 star hotels, and this is by far the best hotel and best staff/service I have ever encountered. Including the front desk staff and housekeeping staff. Particularly the dining/breakfast staff - the way they organize everything, and the service from each and every employee, chef, and manager is outstanding and heart touching. Their standard remains the same from day 1 to now. And the amount of dining options they provide, and the quality of the food, is amazing. All the chefs come to your table asking if everything is ok and if we want to order something else. One chef Rajendra created a sample dish just for us to try without us even asking. The dish he created was out of this world - so incredibly good. Asst manager Sanjeev is so helpful and friendly, always asking how is everything and going above and beyond to provide top level service. I’ve never seen anyone provide service like him before. He also is so professional. The hotel is lucky to have staff like him. The amount of love and care all the dining staff provide is something I’ve never encountered before. Not just providing a service you pay for. They really care. I originally was going to move to another hotel for 3 days to be closer to an event I was attending. But after coming to this Holiday Inn I decided to stay here and cancel that booking - dont want to leave here. There is no doubt I will come back again whenever I am in Delhi. Strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.
The property is average for its price point. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by what I consider a lack of honesty and transparency during check-in. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room both at the time of booking and again during check-in. Despite this, I was assigned a room on a smoking floor and was told it was a non-smoking room. The room itself had none of the usual non-smoking signage, making it clear that it was not actually designated as non-smoking. As a result, cigarette smoke entered the room through the air-conditioning system from neighbouring rooms, and I had a very poor night’s sleep. The following day, the hotel did move me to a room on a genuine non-smoking floor, for which I am grateful. However, the staff continued to insist that the original room had been non-smoking, despite the evidence to the contrary. That unwillingness to acknowledge what had happened was more disappointing than the initial issue itself. A matter of probity.
I don’t even know where to start with this review. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it gets better each time. The service and attention in this hotel is something I’ve never experienced before and I’m a frequent traveller. The staff are the most friendliest and nicest people and they treat you like family. I’ve been saying for a week and the restaurant team have gone the extra mile to make new dishes so I don’t get bored, made healthy dishes for me. The pastry chef Rajendra Singh, head chef, Anjali, Sanjeev, Roshini (sorry I don’t know everyone’s name but everyone working at the hotel), has made my stay exceptional and I would 10000000% recommend to anyone in Delhi. The F&B team running the restaurant are some of the most hardworking, humble people I’ve met and they deserve a massive THANK YOU! The food is amazing, very tasty, the staff are lovely, the rooms are clean and lovely, pillows are very good, bathroom is great. Thank you Delhi Holiday Inn Aerocity and I will definitely return
Amazing stay! 10/10 Big shoutout to the Housekeeping team at Holiday Inn, the room was absolutely spotless. Clean, fresh linens, gleaming bathroom, and perfectly maintained. Felt like walking into a brand new room every day. Staff was professional, service was top-notch, and the hotel is perfect for airport stays. Will definitely be back. Well done IHG!
