Had very bad experience. Booked this hotel for 2 days in summer 2026. Checked in 9 pm and Air conditioner stopped working at 11.30 pm. Asked help at reception they were simply could not figure out the problem and started blamming that AC is working fine where in AC blowers were in functions. After they start saying we are not AC technitian and all. Finally they change room at 1 Am and same AC problem happend in other room too .Again they asked us to change room at 3 Am. Shifting family members with kids and luggage at single night is really pathetic. Food is just everage. Not recommended for families specially in summer.
An excellent hotel with top-notch service. The rooms were elegant and spotless, and the staff was extremely professional. Every detail was taken care of, making the stay relaxing and enjoyable.
Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. The front desk staffs are very courteous. We had to switch hotels as our plans got mixed up and they arranged everything smoothly. Had pre-booked the room but as the room wasn't ready while we we arrived, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to another better room without additonal charges. Overall comfortable stay, location is near to Aerocity Metro station ~10mints leisurely walk. Clean rooms. In house restaurant serves good food. Breakfast items are limited but for budget friendly travel, great place to stay.
