We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and having Ladurée in the hotel was a wonderful addition. The staff was extremely positive, friendly, and welcoming. A special thanks to Gagan, who went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciate Ritika and Mr. Prashant for their kindness and warm hospitality. The overall atmosphere and décor were also outstanding, making our experience even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We look forward to visiting again!
Had an amazing 4 days stay at this property in South Delhi. Rooms were very comfortable with all amenities. Food was excellent and the pool on the first floor had a nice view. Hospitality was top notch and I felt like I am staying at home with all my requests taken care of - special mention to Mr. Purushottam who took care of my check in process and helped me with a late check out. Overall a nice and lovely experience
I had a wonderful day at Radisson Delhi MG Road! The experience was super fun and relaxing. The pool area is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect place to unwind. The highlight was the delicious Seven Sisters meal, which offered a unique and flavorful dining experience. A special thanks to Maheshwari, who served us with great warmth and professionalism. She suggested some excellent dishes, and every recommendation was absolutely worth trying. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend Radisson Delhi MG Road for a relaxing day, great food, and exceptional hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again!
We were here for a wedding and we can’t appreciate the team enough for all the support, patience and promptness in service. We appreciate all the efforts taken by all your respective departments. Beginning with banquets, front office, housekeeping and security. It was the team effort that made our event a successful one. There are a few names on the top of our minds. Had a wonderful breakfast experience at Lore Restaurant, Radisson. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality and presentation. What impressed me the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely attentive. The ambience is elegant, relaxing, and perfect for starting the day. Having experienced some excellent dining places in Jaipur, I was pleasantly surprised to find the same level of quality and service here in Delhi. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast with exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.
