Description
Departing from the harbor of Sanary-sur-Mer, set off to meet the marine animals of the open sea.
The end of the day is a good time for dolphin watching, as they are often active at this time and are happy to come and escort us. You may even get to see some acrobatics!
Depending on the encounters and the time remaining, we will try to reach the more distant whale areas. These, along with sperm whales, are regularly observed during this trip.
The drop-off at the harbor will take place at the time of the beautiful lights of the sunset, in the calm atmosphere of the end of the day on the Mediterranean.
Accompanied by the naturalists and photographers from Découverte du Vivant, you will attend a lecture on board, as well as talks over the microphone, covering the biology of all the species encountered during the outing. In addition, the Croix du Sud 5 holds the High Quality Whale Watching label, guaranteeing a quality of observation that is sustainable and respectful of cetaceans.
Our success rate of around 99% over more than 20 years of experience reflects the richness of the search area!
A few days after your day trip, we will email you a photographic report prepared by the Découverte du Vivant naturalists on board.
