Guests should wait at the main entrance, where the driver will arrive in an identified vehicle and confirm the booking name. For accommodations inside the Medina, where vehicle access is limited, pickup is arranged from a nearby central meeting point, usually Hotel Continental, Bab Kasbah, or Grand Socco, depending on your location.
