Begin with a comfortable pickup from your accommodation or the airport in an air-conditioned vehicle. Your guide provides insights as you travel to Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque, where you explore its architecture and history.
Next, visit Chandni Chowk, one of Delhi’s oldest markets, vibrant with colors and aromas. Enjoy an optional rickshaw ride through its narrow lanes, including a stop at the bustling spice market.
Continue to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, a Sikh house of worship, to learn about Sikhism and see the large donation kitchen serving thousands daily.
Your tour proceeds to the 16th-century Humayun’s Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, drive past India Gate, the prominent war memorial. Although lunch is not included, your guide can suggest local North Indian and Mughlai restaurants.
