I recently enjoyed a 60‑minute massage at Zivaya Spa, Aloft New Delhi Aerocity, and it was exceptional. John, my therapist, did a marvellous job—his technique, attention to detail, and calming presence made the entire experience deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Lisa is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I can confidently say it was the best massage experience of my life. I was more satisfied than I have been at luxury spas that cost over $350. Without me saying a word, she recognized that my upper trapezius and hip muscles were extremely tight and focused on those areas. She applied just the right amount of pressure to help release the muscles. That may sound simple, but it is actually very difficult—using excessive pressure does not necessarily relieve tension and can leave your body sore the next day. Finding the right balance is a skill, and she did it perfectly. I visited after reading the Google reviews, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. If you have some time before your flight, I highly recommend stopping by for a massage.
