Far below the standards of a 5 star hotel. I went there for lunch. Overall experience was not good and I do not plan to ever visit again. I really hope the management takes right steps to revive this place with huge potential (especially given the location and the property's vintage appeal). 1. The food - Quality, preparation and presentation - everything felt very average .. definitely far below the 5 star hotels of Delhi 2. The staff is ok but could definitely be a lot more professional (communication, courtesy) 3. Interiors look and feel stale - Legacy is one part but maintenance/ upkeep is what makes the difference

This is a restaurant with nice ambience but below average service! Was here with one of my European college for lunch. We ordered simple dal, paneer subji & naan! It took them almost 45 minutes to serve! Tables around us who ordered earlier got food before us! It looked like orders of fancy Western dishes get prioritized over normal Indian food! Overall service was disappointing. Food was average. However ambience is good.
